But it's the menu at Scales that truly steals the show. The talented culinary team, led by renowned chef Jonathan Stevens, showcases their passion for seafood with every dish they create. Start your culinary journey with the chef's selection of oysters, a platter that introduces you to the incredible variety and flavors of these ocean gems. The attention to detail is evident in every bite, as each oyster is meticulously shucked and served with accompanying condiments that enhance their natural flavors.

For the main course, indulge in the signature dish that put Scales on the culinary map: the pan-seared halibut with lemon beurre blanc. The fish is cooked to perfection, with a delicate crust that gives way to tender and flaky flesh. The creamy beurre blanc sauce adds a burst of tanginess, balancing the richness of the fish beautifully.

Vegetarian options at Scales are equally impressive, with dishes like the roasted vegetable tart featuring locally sourced produce. The medley of vibrant colors and flavors will leave even the most devout meat lovers craving for another bite.
